The intention of this theme is to uncover true views of the people and also help them understand the difficult world of politics (so sorry that I will write some obvious things, but some people really don't understand them).

At first, let me remind what is political ideology so you will be understanding everything clearer.

Political ideology is a set of rules, ideas, expectations and actions in the sphere of state authority. The modern theory of ideologies is based on doctrine of famous politologist Max Weber. Three basic are distinguished nowadayas:
1. Liberal
2. Conservative
3. Socialistic.

Liberal (deriving from Latin "liberalis", meaning "something of freedom") ideology in its modern way appeared in the late 18th century, and its main principles are stated in two legendary documents. The US Declaration of Independence, called by C. Marks "the first declaration of human rights" is considered a cornerstone of American liberties, granted three basic rights: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The day of its acceptation - the 4th of July - is one of the most important holidays in the United States.
The Declaration of Rights of Human and Citizen, adopted 1789, was the basis for all international declarations and pacts that were drawn up by the United Nations.
Liberals support globalisation, international cooperation in all spheres, including military. Main idea: "Rights and freedoms are the most important care of the state. Government was created by common consent in order to protect them. In case of contravention of state's and citizen's interests citizen is right as authorities are the faithful servants of the people". Main postulate: "Freedom ends only where it touches the freedom of another".

1. Liberal-democratic party of Russia (neoliberalism)
2. Right Cause (economic neoliberalism)
3. Just Russia (social liberalism)
4. Apple (conservative liberalism)

Famous ones in the world.
1. British Liberal Party
2. German Christian Democrats
3. Democratic Party of the U.S.
4. Democratic Italy

Conservatism (deriving from Italian "conservare" - save, protect) was originally a pro-monarchic reactive ideology which was followed by supporters of Bourbon Restavration. They present the belief in strong government, state interference into the ecomony. Conservators are actually thinking that one state should limit their cooperation with entire world. In other world, interests of country are of higher priority than interests of the humanity. Often connected with religion, but within limits not to offend the freedom of conscience.
Main postulate: "The stronger the govenment is, the easier it is to protect and raise the nation".

Parties expressing conservative ideas:

In Russia:
1. Alliance of patriots (liberal conservatism)
2. United Russia (neoliberal conservatism)

In the world:
1. US Republican Party
2. British Conservators
3. National Party of Italy

Socialism (deriving from Italian "sociale" - for common use) is an ideology originally expressed by Carl Marks and is closely connected with ecomonics.
Social Democrats have strong belief in economic justice, often add more taxes for richer people in the country. Are neutral towards globalisation and international cooperation. Government should interfere only in economics.

In Russia - Communistic Party (left social-democrats)

Talking to my American friend lately, got me into the huge discussion and fight after all...
On average, Europeans tend to dress better than Americans... The latters do not care much about the way they look: hoodies, t- shirts, jeans -is all they are wearing most of the time (sometimes including special occasions)...Furthermore, Americans blame us for being excessive: too dressed up, too much make -up, such a high heels...trashy..?
I can't help but wonder... is dressing stylish, nice and trying not to look like 'shit' even on a daily basis, considered to be bad??

Do we really pay too much of attention to people's appearance? ?Does it have to do smth with cultural difference and mentality indeed?
